Full-time position. All leads provided. Cold calling experience a must.
A media consultant for a large advertising company specializing in
Business Advertising, located in Munster, IN, has an immediate need for
a self-motivated appointment setter. Work from home.
Requirements:
At least a minimum of one fiscal year appointment setting for
insurance agents, realtors, loan officers, B2B, or your own business.
Must possess the following qualities: articulate, responsible,
educated, quick-thinker, unlimited calling plan, and have the personal
desire to maximize compensation plan. Must show ability to set a
minimum of 5 appointments a week, but have the personal desire to
maximize earnings and set between 10-15 new appointments every week.
Report to me daily about day’s activities and status of leads. Live
meeting every Monday morning at 7:45am in Munster, IN.
Duties:
As a full-time appointment setter you will be responsible to call on
new, existing, and credit challenged businesses. You must confirm all
appointments. There is specific information that I am looking for when
setting the appointment that must be attained during conversation with
business owner. You must possess the ability to set appointments at
specific times 8:30am, 10:30am, and 12:30pm. You will be provided a
mixture of leads; some owners will have been previously contacted,
others will be brand new businesses, and others will be credit
challenged where we offer special programs to utilize our advertising
strategies.
Compensation plus & Weekly Bonuses:
$150 a week guaranteed.
5-6 appointments set $150
7-8 appointments set $ 175
9-10 appointments set $200
10-11 appointments set $250
12-13 appointments set $300
14-15 appointments set $350
Monthly Objective Bonus:
20-24 appointments set per month is $25 Bonus
25-32 appointments set per month is $50 Bonus
33-40 appointments set per month is $75 Bonus
41-44 appointments set per month is $100 Bonus
45-52 appointments set per month is $200 Bonus
53-59 appointments set per month is $250 Bonus
60 appointments set per month is $300 Bonus
Paid by Personal Money Order bi-weekly on Monday beginning from start date.
Bonus is per confirmed appointment. If appointment is a “no-show” it
will not count toward your productivity bonus. If a missed appointment
is my fault it counts toward your productivity bonus (reschedule).
Monthly Objective Bonus is paid the first bi-weekly paycheck after completion of business for previous month.
In any six-month period from start date not hitting the minimum quota
(5) will result in termination of our agreement, but you are allowed
two graces. After six-month beginning from start a progress report with
potential increases in compensation to be discussed.
