Not excatly party planning, but along the same lines.
I started an Errand business in April and have had NO luck in getting clients. I'm just wondering if anyone has any advice/tips/info for me.
It's way too soon to give up, so I won't, but it's discouraging when I've spent a lot of time planning this, my website, money on advertising, etc.
Any input?

Who have you contacted in your community? Instead of targeting individuals, maybe try small businesses? I can tell you from experience that small business owners are usually overwhelmed and could use the help. Just a thought, good luck!
