Kimberlee,
I make my own cards and sell them when I have booths, at my workshops and demos, and to friends and family. I generally charge $2-$4 depening upon how simple the card is and how much time it took. Personally, I could not make a full-time living on the cards I sell alone, it is a very small part of my overall business. I have found that if I bundle cards, they sell better than one at a time. I usually do different "kinds" of cards together (a bundle with a few birthday, sympathy, thank, friendship, etc.).
Hope that was helpful.

I make cards also. I just use scrapbooking supplies but have thought about venturing out into the world of stamping also.

Stampin' Up and Close to My Heart have strict "angel policies" about NOT selling cards you've made with their stamps!!

Stampin' Up!'s policy is that you CAN sell your cards to person to person, in non retail environments (craft shows) but NOT in a retail setting or on the internet.
So YES - you can sell you hand made cards made from Stampin' Up! rubber stamps.

Yes, you can sell them in certain instances. But demonstrators have to be careful...they can't sell cards at any of their events (home shows, workshops, open houses). And they do still have limits about not being able to sell on a website. So like you wanted to make a bunch of cards and sell them on a website along with other gifts, you could not do that. That's what I was saying.

Hi there,
I am also a consultant for Close to my Heart and sell my cards and oher creations when I have the time for it. Our angel policy is not as restrictive as it is made out to be. As you create your cards or whatever it is you want to sell you just want to make sure, you make it easy enough, but nice enough that you can still make some money on your items. If you would like some more detailed information you can PM me at scrappingbee@myctmh.com
Have a good one
