Hi Ladies,

I know that I could not put a dollar value on what I've learned and gained by attending company conventions, but I would like to hear some of your experiences from your companies conventions.

I think it's so important that reps have a chance to attend their companies conventions and hopefully by relating that to others who have never attended, they can get an idea what will be in store for them.

I love going to conferences. I've missed many with my former company (Longaberger) due to cost, and I hated it everytime I had to miss. With Northern LIghts at Home, I've been to everyone since I joined and next month I get to go to the Leadership Summit too!! Yippee! There's always so much to learn and it's so much fun to be "out with the girls" too (even when my DH comes it's great!) I'd highly recommend them to anyone!

I have to agree! I LOVE conferences and conventions because I always learn something that I can take home to not only help my business but my personal life, my family and my relationships. Good companies want strong and centered leaders and these meetings are not just big rallies. They are training that provides tools and ideas to keep you excited about your job, information on your products, and gives you a chance to meet your corporate officers and learn from the people who have the most invested in your success!

Our official LAUNCH is going to be held in March and I'm so excited I can't stand it. I am going to be able to meet with and mentor my consultants I've never met and make sure they know I'm available to them and that I REALLY mean it. And there's only ONE launch...to be able to tell my kids and grandkids that "I was there when..." is really going to be a fun thing!

Anyone is welcome to attend our meetings and conventions...so if anyone will be in the Salt Lake City area at the end of March 2006...we'd love to have you!

I am looking forward to my very first "rally" in February! Not only seeing the new product line in person (cannot WAIT!), but getting to meet with other ladies excited about lia sophia is going to be awesome! I love the threads we get into on this site and wish I would be meeting some of these ladies, too!

We have 2 Rallies per year.

Regional Rally in January which is held inseveral differentmajor cities across the US (Atlanta for me!) and National Rally in July (Fort Worth) I have never missed a single one since I joined Premier.

You Get to SEE the BIG PICTURE! You leave there knowing that you are part of something that is bigger than just yourself and your dreams! It is quite motivating!

I'm guessing that you're going to the one this month in Atlanta, then? I'll be there, too. We should meet! smileys/smiley16.gif

I've never been to one of our Rally's. I was only in Premier for 2 months at the last Rally. I get so much and get so pumped up from our trainings - I can't even imagine how much I'll get from a Rally!! I'm looking forward to seeing Andy & Joan, too!! (the founders of the company). I can't wait for next weekend!!! smileys/smiley4.gif

Did you realize a Hostess will be able to get 50% Hostess Benefits that week AND be able to pick it out of the New Spring Line?!!!! AWESOME!

Who's your Premier Family 10-10-10? Maybe I will be able to find you.

I'm excited, too! My "mom" is Tracy Bryan - then, Stacey Robinson and Renee Kelly. We're in the Buford, GA area. My newest "baby" took full advantage of me being gone for the weekend and borrowed all my jewelry b/c she booked 2 shows that weekend! Crazy kids always seem to want to throw parties when their parents are out of town. smileys/smiley2.gifsmileys/smiley36.gif Most of my Premier family will be there - we're staying in one of the hotels even though we're all local. It's fun to have some girls time and bond.

I can't wait to see the new line!!! I KNOW it will be gorgeous!

Who's your 10-10-10?

LOL...been there! One of my downline was so excited when I went on the "Meet Me at the Fair" trip. She coyly asked, "Will you be taking ALL of your jewelry?" haha

I don't guess any of my upline will be there. They are in different states. Donna Hammons, Tandy Flynn, Melissa Terrell. The cool thing is that OUR Rally is a week before theirs.I have been told to be on my cell phone with them during the whole thing! LOL

We will be at the Westin...Hope to see you there! Are you guys making any kind of team banner to carry? I think I will this year...I'll let you know what they look like whenI figure it out.
