Are you allowed to recruit insurance agents for other companies if you are not a licensed agent yourself?

I would say yes as far as becoming a repfor a company, but a person wouldn't be allowed to talk (sell)products they are not licensed to talk about. Nonlicensed people invite many people to weekly opportunity meetings. They let the licensed presenter do all the talking.
The thing is if recruited by a nonlicensed person into a company the nonlicensed person can't earn an over ride from the business produced from the licensed person.

Though there are two "slight" exceptions...

One is if you work as a subagent under someone else's license.

The other is if you work in one of the six? states that offer a temporary license.

Here in Georgia we have both.
