I have a girl who signed up as a consultant and got the RE9 Line. She told me she knows a ton of people who would love this line and could have a HUGE party for me. I do want to encourage her to become a BB but I know she will have hesitations. So at this party, do I sign up everyone under myself or put the new wholesale licenses under her?? The retail orders too, should I put under me or her?

You could always ask her what she wants to do. Before you do anything, sit her down and explain to her the what her options are, ie. if she chooses to sign up as a BB and her friend want to either buy the products or become BB's themselves, then this is what could happen or if she didn't sign up, which would be fine also, then this is whatwould happen if her friends want to buy or be BB's too. Does that make sense? I would let her know that there is no pressure, you just want her to make an informed decision, then what ever she decides to dois just fine with you! Remember, we are not in the convincing business, just the sorting business!! Hope this helps!smileys/smiley2.gif

I would also find out how HUGE is HUGE. Is she talking about 6 people who will spend a lot or a party of 60 people!?!?!?! If it's too big, you may want to split up the group and do several different parties.

I agree with saint854. While we may think that bigger is better, it sometimes isn't. When you have a smaller group of people, it is easier to connect with them and build rapport.
But, to answer your question. If the hostess agrees to sign on, I would put everyone who does wholesale under her, that way they are connected to her. If one of them decide to work the biz, they will be connected to her, but they will probably bump up to you anyway.
