smileys/smiley19.gifI won't be able to attend our Success meeting this year. I am sure that those here in my unitwho will be attending will come back with all sorts of exciting things to tell and share. It promises to be a great meeting but I just can't go. Does anyone have anything that they wouldn't mind sharing from the meeting that you would pass on? Not just for me but for any other ladies also that won't get to go? I enjoy the tips and new advice that the meetings have. Starting out a new year, I hate to miss out- but if someone wouldn't mind sharing anything you think was really outstanding I would appeciate it. Anything that is sent to me I will pass on to you too. Thanks!

I am sorry but I am not going to be able to attend Success 2006 iether. However, I am on a weekly conference call with the Executive Team and I am sure this will be discussed.
As always, I will pass along whatever information I get! No new fliers to send your way yet. I'll keep my eyes open for them though.
Have a successful week!

Thank you so much! I realize you don't have to do this and that it takes time to get things together to pass along- that is one of the great things about this board! I love everyone's willingness to share. It's like a bunch of girlfriends andmany of us have probably never met! God bless!!
Have a great day today.

Hi Ladies,
I went to Success just on Saturday (which was my first- when I read someone else went, I wondered if they went to the same one b/c I didn't know they are held all across the country! Silly me :)
Anyway, I don't have a lot of time to write, and I'm sure everyone's conferences will be different, but one thing that I really learned was the importance of recruiting if you plan to make your business grow. The speaker was great - she encouraged us to "paint the picture" when we're telling them about the BeautiControl life and let them see themselves there. She also had the products that you get in the beauticase all packaged in sets so the guests can SEE (it helps to have the visual) what they would be getting. Then she says she plays a raffle game with them - they have to ask her questions about her job and they get a raffle ticket for each question. Then 1 ticket is picked for a free product (mini usually).
Anyway, that workshop really stuck out in my mind b /c I wasn't ever confident about the sharing portion of my spas. The goody bag just wasn't my thing and I was doing the 3 step process all backward (3 reasons people join BC- I was starting with personal use, then $, then the BC life).
Oh, I also learned about reorders and contacting clients. I have been HORRIBLE at following up with clients and seeing how they like the products -so obviously I haven't been getting reorders. I will follow up now! I also got to try some of the makeup and really love Bellissima.
Hope you enjoyed the info ladies!
