I had my first kick-off show today and I wish I would have had more people attend - I did sell 4 of the RE9 lines (all became consultants) and have 3 people interested in hosting presentations - yet no dates set for sure. Is this good, bad.......I don't really know! Also - I did not get any business builders and my upline is probably going to ask me Why Not? Is this just seem hard to me or do most people finda BB right away?

SOunds good to me! You lost out a bit on the up front retail since they signed up, but believe me they will be back for more! And keep in mind how long it took you to decide to be a BB. DId you decide right away? I think it is better to build belief over time so you have a stronger foundation. If someone is impulsive enough to jump in right away, they often "jump out" again later. I have had two sign up at classes to be BBs, not even buying much, just excited about starting a side business and both have cancelled within the 3 days. Then I have had people order over the course of a few months and then have a solid product testimony and they are ready to go! I listened to a call yesterday that said it takes 3 exposures for someone to make an informed decision, and often at classes we "vomit" arbonne all over our guests, trying to give them all the info at once. It is better to follow up with more specifics later than to expect it all at once. It overwhelms them, and sets you up for disappointment.

Best of luck, you got some good volume and now just pin them down on dates for classes by offering some good incentives!

Most of the people I have talked to have worked their business for several weeks or months before finding a business builder, so I do not think you are unusual.

Your sales sound great to me!!! Good job smileys/smiley1.gif
