Just skimming through some of these and I don't recall seeing Brazil Nuts anywhere in there! Those, along with cashews, are my personal faves. Almonds and peanuts are good too.

It is all about the cashews for me. And I have to hide them from my husband too or he will swipe them! When I was pregnant with our girl it was all the salty things so I would stock up and hide them from him. :D

I love Peanuts and Cashews - if anyone cares.

It's supposedly is a "Secret", so I did my research and actually found One similar Technique , but itsnot the same as this one.

I love the my husband is my favorite nut, too! Just didn't think fast enough to say it myself!

Cashews are my first choice, but can't eat them anymore...now almonds are first. Aren't they supposed to be good for you?

CocoNUT. If this is not a nut, still this is my favorite. Coconut is considered a medicine in the real sense of the word. If cold-processed, coconut oil is called a pharmacy-in-a-bottle.

Any kind of nut that is really salty is good to me. Walgreens sells these steakhouse cashews that have some sort of seasoning on them. Not sure what is all in the seasoning but I do detect some garlic for sure. Yum !Edited by: indigofragrance

Very interesting question. My favorite nut is the Pecan. I love Pecan Pie as well. They are also very good in brownies.

However, I also eat peanuts, walnuts, almonds, cashews, that's alot of different nuts!

I can eat almonds everyday, just simple raw and whole. FYI... they have a lot of potassium and some vitamin e as well. :)
