Hey guys, I have put in my goals to become a "diamond" distributor, but what makes the distributors active. I am trying to figure out what I need to accomplish exactly. Thanks!!

I am pretty sure it means active cotm members, they are on the autoship they get each month. Someone correct me if I am wrong.. I know there is a way to put your cotm on hold...so I am guessing that if someone does that they are not considered active....

You are correct in a sense. This is in the "Terms and Conditions" - apparently it's possible to "inadvertently" skip two months by not having the funds in their account to pay for their COTM. This would make them "inactive"

18. Your Candle of the Month Club contract obligates you, the distributor, to maintain a valid credit card number on file for your Candle of the Month Club autoship each month. This contract also obligates Scent-Sations, Inc. to make every effort to fulfill your Candle of the Month Club autoship order. If your credit card declines for any reason, we will continue to attempt to charge your credit card on file. If your Candle of the Month Club autoship order can not be fulfilled after 2 months of attempts, you will be automatically inactivated and it is your responsibility to activate your account in order to remain in the program, retain your downline, and receive your commission check. Frances is right - active is a persongetting theCOTM - geneology in the back officewill say Candle Club. If they aren't doing COTM anymore, geneology will say inactive or associate.
