Part time/Job Share Position</span> Company: Blackstone Hathaway. </span> Location:
This position can be managed from any geographical location. I am more
interested in giving an assignment and not micromanaging. I want a
talented, motivated and creative individual that can be relied on to do
quality work in their own way and time. This is not an 8 am to 5 pm
type of job, flexibility is okay but the ability to work efficiently
and professional is a key attribute.</span> Skills required:</span> • Above average computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint</span> • A semi-expert in using the Internet as a research tool</span> • Advanced level in English, grammar and writing skills</span> • Able to adapt to an entrepreneurial context orientation</span> • Superior communications skills in writing and use of the telephone</span> • Ability to work with media outlets, i.e., radio, TV stations, to set interviews</span> • Ability to work with franchisees</span> • Ability to multi-task projects that requires real time decision making</span> • Highly organized and ability to work independently</span> • Ability to take general parameters of a project and fill in the details and then execute on the project</span> • Most importantly be able to execute and get things done independently without being micromanaged</span> Overview:
The position is an administrative assistant with a newsletter
development and writing component together with a high degree of
project orientation. The successful candidate must multi-task and be
able to relate with executives, franchisees and members of the media.
Communication skills are essential. The most important skills are the
ability to organize and execute projects independently and bring them
in on time.</span> Projects:</span> Blackstone
Hathaway recently executed a regional franchise agreement for
AccuDiagnostics, a franchise company located in the South Carolina.
Blackstone Hathaway is developing this franchise company in the western
states. The position will involve producing a bi-monthly newsletter to
franchisees of AccuDiagnostics and another newsletter for franchisees
clients as well as developing other corporate and client communications
over time.</span> In
summary, this position is ideal for an individual with the ability to
multi-task, work independently and derives satisfaction from managing
their own time and managing communications flow for an emerging company.</span> Time
Requirements and Pay: Time requirements are flexible and will require
an average of 10 hr to 20 hrs per week. The work load will likely
increase over time and but will most likely not become a full time
position. The hourly contract rate is $13.50 per hour The work will be
