I was wondering if someone could tell me what kind of headset I need to buy for VeraFast? It is a headset for the computer or one for my phone? Thanks in advanced!

I personally use and like the headset I got from wal-mart. The headset is for a telephone /computer speaker type set up. Only one side has a ear piece and the mic comes down the side to the mouth area and is adjustable. The brand is Phillips the model number is SHU3000. The headset is a good sturdy one while still being lightweight. I think anything you get will work okay as long as it is designed to be used with the phone you plan on using. I spent around $20 for this one,so dont waste alot of money on anything expensive,cause they all do basically the same thing anyways. Good Luck with your new position !

I'm awaiting response from VeraFast - I just applied an hour ago!

Anyway, does the phone & headset have to be corded for this job, or can you roam around the house while doing your job? I'm assuming you are keying while you are talking...

you will be tied to the computer. you are entering info as you speak. I start wed. and am nervous/excited. hope this helps!
