Hi ladies,
I'm wondering if any of you have had this situation happen before...I noticed that my order was scheduled to arrive today so I kept an eye out for it all afternoon. By 3:45 our family left for a picnic, and still no package. When I came home, I checked the status of my order. According to FedEx, they delivered it to my home at 2:19 this afternoon. The package is not there and I was home during that time, and checked my front step 2-3 times.

I will call B.C. tomorrow during business hours, but I'm a bit worried as to how they will handle this. Has this happened to any of you before?

Sometimes Fed Ex will record a package as delivered when it gets close to the end of the day and then they dont' deliver it until the next day.

I would contact Fed Ex immediately tho and report it as not delivered.

I actually had this happen with my last order. I called FedEx and told
them that I hadn't received the order, and then called BC to make them
aware as well. They put in a request for FedEx to contact them, and
told me that if I hadn't heard back from FedEx by the end of the day to
call them again and they would reship the order. FedEx never contacted
me, so I called BC and they sent the order out again. I was surprised
at how smoothly it went!

Just thought I'd give an update. On Saturday night, when I noticed the mistake, I called FedEx. The person told me that he "e-mailed the station" regarding my situation and that I should get a call back in 24-48 hours. I called B.C. the next day and told them what happened. They told me to wait until Monday and see if my package showed up. If it didn't I was to call B.C. back. By late Monday afternoon it had almost been 48 hours and no word from FedEx (and still no word as of Wed) and no package. I called B.C. back and they reshipped my order.

Well, today a guy drops off a box - turns out he lives a block away and has the same house number, but lives on 76th St (I'm on 75th). I am so happy to have my stuff and I called B.C. right away. I'm so glad it's resolved because I hated the thought of B.C. possibly thinking I was being dishonest!! With all this said, I'm also very disappointed in FedEx's service - no call or anything! I can see how the mistake couldn've happened, but I'd think FedEx would have done more to resolve it (or at least call back!).

Anyway, all is well that ends well!

I had an issue last weekend...a package didn't arrive, so I checked on BeautiNet and it said "Error, Wrong Address". I thought to myself that it couldn't be right...I had received tons of packages before!! So I called FedEx and the lady read my address and it was the exact right one...so she said she would send the guys a message to re-deliver the next day...and the package made it the next day! Not sure why they couldn't find it the first time after they've found my house with every other package? haha. I was very dissatisfied that I didn't receive a call if they couldn't find it the first time, but at least I got it the next day!!


Does anyone elses packages sometimes arrive as late as 8pm?!

Yes, I've had them as late as 8 pm before...usually around 7 pm and if it's a Saturday, they always come at 9 am
