and it says that you get 20% commission starting out. That is not right, is it? It is 30%. Then I get 5% commission from anyone I hire, if I hire. 5% is kind of low compared to other companies. Maybe I am incorrect about that number?

30% commission + 5% commissions on your dowlines.

10% enroller bonus. You get 10% overrides from EACH consultant you bring to Seriesse, whether you decide to sponsor that person or not.
5% on your downline.
So, in most cases you enroll AND sponsor the person so that makes a total of 15% override from your team.
