I have read a few threads here on Verafast and am wondering how you apply and what you actually do for them? Please let me know if you can. I greatly appreciate it! I am looking to add some extra income and would appreciate any help and ideas! http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif

Well you go to www.verafast.com (http://www.verafast.com) to apply. I believe they have different types of projects.

BTW, I just got my orientation packet in the mail to fill out and send back!

When they call you do you have to do the script right then with them on the line? Or do they listen to calls when you first start? That soooo makes me nervous lol

I am new to Verafast and was just trained on another project last night. For the past two weeks I have been calling new movers all over to ask them if they received their yellow pages and advertisements/coupons. Then I offer them a free gift of their local newspaper. You are paid on a credit basis by contact and how you code the call. The project I was trained on last night was for a survey of the yellow pages directory. Now I am calling from NY to CA and Fl! Most nites I stay on until 10pm sometimes later. System is very easy to use. Hours are flexible days and nights and weekend work.They do want you to work a total of no less than 15 hours per week. Hope this helps.

That sounds great. How do you like it so far? Did you have to call while the manager was on the line? That makes me so nervous. I am great on the phone when no one is on with me. But knowing someone is listening makes me nervous lol.

No manager on phone while you are doing your testing calls. They do go back and listen to a sampling of your calls. I did one hour one night and two hours the next. After that they turned me loose on my own. I really enjoy it. You arent really selling them anything just giving them a paper for two sometimes four weeks. I dont mind that at all. I havent gotten my first check yet they hold back two weeks.It will be mailed out this Sat very anxious to see it! Will let u know how it goes. I have seen people on this forum that are making $400 a week or better.
My ICC is wonderful her name is Christina and if I have any questions I just email her and she gets back with right away.
Your phone voice is worth alot to them and they will have you do a voice interview. It's no biggey u just read a paragraph over the phone. Try it cant lose anything??? I work 7pm to 10pmMon thro Fri because I watch my grandgirls during the day. Then I pkup a few hours on Sat morning in my PJs drinking my coffee! So they give you the list of names and numbers you should be calling? And you work your own hours right?

That sounds really cool. Maybe I should give it a try. I am just so nervous about them listening while I read to them :) I get nervous at things like that lol. Dont know why?

Do you enter info into the computer or something after you call? Or do you turn in paperwork to be paid?

They give u a program to download on your computer it is their dialer. It also keeps track of when you log in and log out. Once u log into their dialer the system will phone u back on the landline phone number that you give them once u answer the phone your in. The system dials the number and gives you the information and the script that you read from. There are hot buttons that you click to get through the call and the screens. You will have all this information to study and they will send you to a webinar for training on all of the screens.
The testing calls are not bad. I also get nervous if I know I am being listened to. But I just forgot about it when I was doing my calling and consentrated on the screens and the call. You dont really know which call they will listen to they select random calls.
Everything is on the computer no paperwork at all. They send you an email the day after letting you know how many credits u received the day before.
Hours are:
MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY 9:30AM-2:00PM AND 5:30PM-10:00PM EST
SATURDAY 9:00AM-2PM EST ARE GUARANTEED HOURS....FROM 2PM-9PM THE DIALER IS ON "AUTO PILOT"
SUNDAY 4:30-8:30PM EST ARE GUARANTEED HOURS....HOWEVER, CALLING STARTS AT 11AM ON SUNDAY AND GOES THROUGH UNTIL APPROX 9-10PM EST
They want u to select what hours would be best for u during the day or night. And try to stick with the schedule. As u can see u can pkup extra hours on the weekend. http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley32.gif
