Have a question for you ladies. Is this the same exact products that are still marketed on HSN and if so, does that affect your sales? So, they call them Serious, instead of Seriesse, correct?
Also, when you sign someone up for the Preferred Customer, do you still get the same commission off of their order?
Thanks,
Lisa

Lisa,
As far as affecting sales, I personally would say it helps with our sales. It's much easier for someone to contact a Consultant, get thier questions answered, take thier time shopping the website and know they can order what they need at anytime.
I see you have already spoke with Cyndi, she's the perfect person to answer this for you, she has been using the products for years from both Serious and Seriesse and is extremely knowledgable about both lines.
And yes, if someone becomes a Preferred Customer, your commissions are the same.

Hi Lisa! Many of the consultants had used the Serious products from the HSN for years. My sponsor, British, isone of those people. So they were able to verify thequality and effectivenessof these products. So the fact that the products are so well known has helpedmanyin the business. But I have been a consultant since March, andI have not met a whole lot of people that watch the HSN. But it is great to give customers a reassurance that these productshave beenhigh quality, top sellling products on the HSN.Seriesse does have some products that are new and different. The Seriesse line alsohas the addition of NVesse- 24 which creates an invisible shield to lock in moisture. The Serious products do not have this added feature. I hope this helps. Also, for preferred customers, the customers receivea 20% discount. The consultant receives 10%.

I've used Serious Skin Care (thru HSN) for more than a decade before Seriesse was formed. I was using the A Essentials as my daily skin care regimen & there was a considerable difference in the products with the addition of NVesse-24. I noticed it the very 1st time I cleansed my face!
Look at the prior thread in the Seriesse folder for the whole background on Serious Skin Care & Seriesse so you can fully understand what transpired there. But basically, they took a company where the products were sold exclusively thru HSN, made them even better, and have made them available to EVERYONE, not just HSN watchers!

I think this would help your sales. Just the fact that it's on Television and knowing it's a very reputable company would be very beneficial.
