My RVP has given us the challenge to shoot for Area Manager by the end of March and I'm going to go for it! I am now at first step district. Is anyone on here at Area or working towards Area, and how did you do it?

I told Cassandra the other day that I will be keeping her busy!! smileys/smiley36.gif

I just made DM in Dec.. (over Christmas) I am working on being AM before March as I am having a baby. People in my NVPs group are going fast with the ReSults mixed with the Get Paid to Shop approach. We also had a girl who went RVP in 6 months talk on Tuesday about how she did it. She told us to make a bullseye of your awesome goal and ring around that with you great goal and the last ring to have your good goal. Since I finished DM and I am going for AM my middle is 24,000 this month.. that would make me AM. My great goal (next ring out) 12,000, that would be 1/2 way and 1st step.. my good goal is 10,000 as I don't want to do anything less the 1st step. So we shall see how that goes. I am really working with my team too. They are all doing it too. I have a couple of 1st step DMs right now, who want to finish up this month.

I will be rooting for you and you root for me..smileys/smiley32.gif Good luck!!!!!

I am an AM, promoted 10/1.

You are going to work your butt off. You can't get to AM alone either. How many do you have actively working on your team? Any prospects to sign on?

Hi Jennifer, I have one who is signing today, so I still have a long way to go. I have a lot of health issues and I really have to watch what I do because my body wears out very easily. So, I have always had to try to meet with a lot of people at one time, in order to conserve my energy. So this is how I plan to do it. When I was with the other company, I would do double classes and stuff in order to save my body the extra running. Also, I would do appointments at my house too. I had talked to my RVP last night and explained this to her and how she explained it to me was if I could get my four business builders going and teach them how to get their four going, etc. I would be time leveraging and I wouldn't have a lot of "running around" hours involved.

Yes, you need to have a team so that you can leverage yourself. If those four each do 2500 in volume and you do 2500 in volume, you will qualify for AM at 10K. It is entirely possible. Keep in mind though that once you get your 4...or however many you may get direct to you, you are going to have to train them to do the same.

You are going to be busy. I was busy the two months I was in qual. I finished by the skin of my teeth in my second month, at midnight. It is stressful.

I commend you for going for it though, just keep yourself healthy while doing so and always go upline if it gets to be too much!

I have 5DMs direct to me. None of them have very strong teams, so they are barely maintaining DM, which in turn makes it hard for me to maintain AM. I just signed on a girl last month though that is signing on people this week, so hopefully some of my worries will be gone.

Good luck....and feel free to PMme with any questions.

Thanks for the advice, Jennifer. I do realize that I have to watch my health and if at anytime I feel that I cannot keep up, I will just have to back off. I am a big thinker, so shooting for Area will at least get me promoted to District, or Exec. District if nothing else!

I have a VERY supportive sponsor (Cassandra) and RVP, so I feel really fortunate that I know I can count on them for support and help if and when I need it! Good luck to you as well!

I was a Sales Director with the company I was formerly with and the qualification for that company was grueling - 4 months and 30 active unit members, with $36,000 retail production needed to finish at the end, so when I looked at Arbonne's marketing plan, I figured if I could go through all of that, this is very doable for me!! smileys/smiley4.gif

Can someone explain the Get Paid to Shop Approach. You can post here or send me an email at Jenijeanne@verizon.net (Jenijeanne@verizon.net). I have set my goal of Area Manager for July 1st. I do not have anyone under me right now but plan to really work my business.

Has anyone done the Top 10 Challenge? This is a great way to CRANK IT UP.smileys/smiley17.gif If you are able to do these 10 things you are well on your way of building your business. I have it in a word file if anyone wants it. Just send me an email and I'll send it on to you.

Got this from my NVP Thea O'Donaghue. I thought everyone going for it might enjoy it. GOOD LUCK!!

This call is phenomenal. If you thought you couldn't do Arbonne because you didn't have the time, or you don't want to do parties, etc. THIS IS FOR YOU! Or if you tried it but didn't have success. Hannah Dugan (from Dallas/Ft.Worth) has been with Arbonne for five years andlost her Area twice. She found out why! Shedecided to follow the system that is working for people. If you haven't been to any training or listening to what is happening and the explosion of growth.. people making Region in months- then at least listen in and see if it might work for you.

My upline said we would want to listen to it over and over.. that is why I included the directions for pausing and backing up.

Is the Get Paid to Shop the same as Let's Go Shopping?

Very simular.. just some different things that my ENVP Thea O'Donoughue changed and got approved. She said Arbonne might do one too. Along with the ReSults.

I too would like some information on the "paid to Shop" and/or "Let's Go Shopping" approaches for my team. We currently use the REsults approach and throw parties in as well when we can get them booked. I really want to grow my team and my goal is for Area by March. Maybe one of these approaches will help motivate us all!

Thanks!
