They are located in Ohio but it doesn't matter where you live. You will be trained online and you do not have to report to an office. You have direct contact with your ICC. Hope this helps!

I live in ohio, but I still worked from home, mostly because cleveland is 6hours away, at least.

Actually, there are a few states they can'tuse people fromdue to those states' laws. I know New York is one of them. I can't remember the other ones. It's just a handful of states so I'd apply.
