A client wants me to take his graphics from Photoshop and slice them into a web site -
I can code with html, php, make forms do amazing things, etcbut haven't attempted this before
I'd appreciate any helpful tips to start - even if it's hire a professional

I think she means her client created a layout using photoshop but needs help with coding the design to make it work for a website?

I own this book and now Sitepoint is giving it away for free for the next 12 days. I'd encourage you to download it because there's a whole chapter devoted to slicing a .psd to create a website layout.

My client sent me this:
