http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley5.gifOKAY , Now i was logged on this morning and immediately my campaign was switched to something i did not at all recognize , something with a purple screen popped up then i started asking about a 5 or 6 digit code or something , and describing the book i was all bumbled up , so anyone else having the problem

It sounds like you were accidentally assigned one of the directory surveys we do, where you ask if they have a certain phone book and if they use it. You shouldn't have been in it though if you haven't attended the webinar teaching you how to do it. Don't worry-it does make sense once you've been to the webinar :)

THANKS SO MUCH , YEAH I WAS ON THAT CAMPAIGN FOR ABOUT 30 MINUTES , AND TRYING TO MOVE THROUGH IT , AND READ WHAT WAS GOING ON , I WAS COMPLETELY LOST DURING THE FIRST 10 CALLS , THEN I WAS TRYING AND TRYING , AND FINALLY I LOGGED OFF , BECAUSE IT DID THROW ME FOR A LOOP , AND SO I WAS THINKING WAS I SUPPOSE TO KNOW THIS INFORMATION ALREADY? BUT NOW YOU CONFIRMED IT , THANKS,
