So today was my first day from home, I did a few calls in the office yesterday...I looked at the agent stats, and i was just curious if someone could explain the revenue to me.smileys/smiley9.gif Not EXACTLY sure if it means in this case. Thanks to whoever responds! Hopefully someone does. please please please?? lol.
