I sent you a PM earlier but:
30% commission on what you sell and/or purchase (including for your kit)
However, you have your 1st 30 days to purchase one of the Fast Start Kits at 50% off which will have an awesome variety of products to get you started

10% on your downline plus 5-10% bonus commission depending on sales which will all be laid out the Seriesse Opportunity brochure I told you about in the PM (would make post too lengthy)

We have incredible skin care, mineral makeup, S-Force health/wellness developed by Sylvester Stallone

Check out my website for information on the company & products.

I just talked to a lady who told me it was 30% on sales, but she didn't mention that I actually get 30% on a purchase and the kit. Are you saying that when you purchase your own personal things, you get a commission on that too? Also, she didn't say that I got 10% commission on downline, she said 5% plus a 10% bonus. In your post you say you get 10% commission on downline, plus 5% to 10% bonus. I could have gotten it mixed up, but my girlfriend understood it this way too.

I remember her telling me about generation bonuses. Do you get those bonuses along with your regular bonuses? So, you would still get 30%, then a bonus or either 5 or 10% on downline sales, plus even more bonuses on top of that when are up in the generation bonuses?

Hi socrmom,
I will try to answer some of your questions. Don't feel bad,I know all the comp plans can be a bit confusing. Heck, even I get confused on the upper levels. Okay, here goes....

1. We get a 30% commission on all our sales (whether it is sold in person to someone or if someone orders over the internet on our website.)
(If the customer likes the product and decides to become a preferred customer, we will them make 10% commission instead of 30% on all preferred customer orders. (in a sense weare handing over our 20% commssion to the customer so they can save the 20% on their products)

2. Wealso get a 5% unilevel bonus on all our personal sales (on the wholesale price) at the end of the month (sales from our customer sales and our own personal purchases)

3. We get 10% commission on the sales (wholesale price) of anyone we personnally enroll into the company, plus another 5% on that person because theyare in our downline

4We also get 5% commission onour downline (the people we did not personnally enroll).

Edited to add #5. When we enroll someone, that new rep has 5 Fast Start Kits to choose from. If they purchase a small Fast Start Kit then Seriesse will send the enroller a $100 check the next week. If the new rep purchases a large kit, then Seriesse will send the enroller a $150 check the next week. (OR If we enroll someone and we place that new rep under someone else to sponser in our organization and that new rep purchases the large Fast Start Kit, Seriesse will send the enroller a $100 check the next week and the sponser (the person we put the new rep under) a $50 check the next week)

We are also able to enroll someone and place them anywhere on our team (we have 30 days to place them where we feel the best spot in our organization would be). This helps to balance out our organization.

I hope I explained this right.....if a Seriesse rep notices that I worded something wrong...please correct me!

We do receive generation bonuses. Very hard to explain....my suggestion would be to go to the reps website that spoke to you and click on the "opportunity" button on the top of the page. Then click on "The SuccessePlan".That is our Opportunity book and it will explain our compensation plan for you.
You may still have questions when you are done reading it. We will be happy to try and answer then for you.

Edited to note: very important! we get paid only if we are active and our earnings equal at least $20. To be active we have to place an autoship order of $70 (wholesale) per month. This can include any sales aids, samplesor products, etc. that we order. OR we have to sell at the minimum of $120 (wholesale value)in that month. I personnally prefer to use the autoship method of keeping active. It is easy to do because I take the supplements and I also like to replenish my stock of samples and product brochures every so often. We can change what our autoship order is on a month to month basis.

Kathy, you really pointed out some things that Chris didn't and I like how you explained it better. Very thorough, thanks for telling me all about this. This helps alot. There certainly is a lot to it!
