Hello, here is my dilema. I was a chacha guide over a year ago. I went in and signed up again, since they had my old account they canceled my new one and said that I am to use my old account. Okay, but I forgot my orginal password, when I go to have them send the new one it asks for your email address, birthday, postal code. If I put in my new email address it sends the password that got cancelled, but if I put in my old email address it will get sent to my old email account that is no longer active.
Does that make sense? How I am going to retrieve my password so I can continue with my Simulation training?
I have tried to go to chacha.com and go to their contact info but when I send the question. I get a system failure and that the message was not sent. I can not go to the underground because I can not long in.
What should I do?

I would send them a message by the contact us page and explain to them what has happened. Give them your b-day and zip code they have them.
