No the interview is not automated, thank goodnes! smileys/smiley36.gif If and when you're contacted by email to schedule an interview, it's conducted by phone andyou will be called by a real flesh and blood interviewer. It lasts about 30minutes and afterwards it could be a few days up to 3weeks before you get the thumbs up or thumbs down.
