I posted this in the Jewelry folder, but thought this was a good topic for all of us.

Let's share and encourage...

What are your Sponsoring Goals for 2008 and how are you doing so far?

Mine is 18 for the year and I am only at 6 so far. That means I have to sponsor 3 more by the end of June to be on track.

How about you???Edited by: DazzlePremier

I have recently decided I will reach Supervisor by the end of the year. In order to make sure I accomplish that I would like to add another 12 to my team and I will need to support at least one team member to their first level of leadership.
So I need to add 2 each month to my team and help my team members that have the drive/vision to reach the topto each add a couple more to their teams. Definately doable!

I'm sure you'll be back on track quickly Sheryl! You're such a positive force on this board.http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif

My goal is help 24 new people start the business by the end of December 2008. That's an average of 2 people per month. I'm at 6 right now, but have 9 sponsoring appointment set up between now and the end of May. So I'mexpecting a big jump start into summer. That also leads into my other goal, which isto move to highest compensation level by training my top consultants to succeed and move up as well.
Good topic to start Sheryl! This is good accountability! I can always use a little of that.... :O)

You ladies are doing great!

I think Accountability is wonderful, but what I have found this year is FOCUS

I have started a list of everyone I share the business with and I highlight them in certain colors as to what stage we are at and their interest level. This has helped me to stay focused and to analyze my closing ratio.

I'm just now starting to book parties on a regular basis.

My goal with sponsoring is to have 50 or more in my frontline by Christmas.

Since February, I've signed on 14. :)

For Usborne, my goal is 2 peronsally sponsored consultants a month.

I have been with themabout 3 1/2 years- and I have 190 consultants on my team- 112 of which are my personal recruits...so I average 32 a year which is about right.

My goal right now is to kick some of my consultants out of the nest and help them promote to supervisors....lol.http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley20.gif

Interesting Question!!

33 people just joined me in a company in the past month!

In MB, I was one of the top ten sponsors last year.

I just have so much fun with this. I LOVE IT!

My goals are to keep growing, have FUN and help others grow their businesses.

It will be interesting to see what transpires this year!

To Everyone's Success!!

IWILL have 25 active and qualified Passion Consultants by the end of the year Dec. 2008...I will accomplish this by sharing the Passion Parties business opportunity with every Woman at every party I do between now and then.
I am well on my way...and this week has been dedicated to calling each person in my pipeline who has shown an interest in Passion Parties!!

Its all about offering everone the opportunity, building a name for yourself, and persistance , not giving up!
Go through your customer base first, they already love the product ,offer them the opportunity.
