There are so many great training calls. Get on them when you can and be prepared to be MOTIVATED!
When you think about training and resources, what kinds of topics would you like to see training available on?
What other kind of resources would you like available to you?
Just dream a bit.
Thought it would be fun to hear your ideas. smileys/smiley1.gif

I think that the company hasso much awesome things to offerwith training calls, online presentations and message boards.
If i could add one aspect to the online part of the business, i would ask for maybe some company given lead capturing page/s.
What do ya think??smileys/smiley17.gifEdited by: iluvsoycandles

I have a lead capture system in place and the cost is quite reasonable, I like that I can change the messages going out (and the timeline they go out). They are initially set up to go out daily - but I changed mine to work like a "trickle effect" where the first couple are a day apart, then 2 days, then 3 and so on up to once a week. I feel that way the e-mails are less "spam like" and more of a "yoo hoo... don't forget to check me out" type of thing.
Has anyone really looked at the "Roadmap to Success" document in our back office. That truly has some WONDERFUL information in it. The first few pages are more about your business, your goals, then it goes from there to giving incredible ideas from selling, building your team, fundraising - all in depth. I do refer to that a lot, and just glance through it from time to time in my quiet times when I just don't feel like doing anything in my sometimes lazy evenings.
I think the online training is a really wonderful addition to the standard calls. I would actually like to see those at least twice a week - one for recruiting, and one for training. I'm a visual person, so those help me out more than listening on the phone (even though those calls are incredible into themselves). I know it would be too much to have John and Lise do both of those sessions on a weekly basis, but there are enough people within the organization that should be able to work a similar type of system, even if it's done through webex or a similar thing. That's what I would like to see smileys/smiley17.gif

Hi Sandy, I do have the splash page from John and Lise. It has worked well. I do know that there are few companies out there that offer free lead capturing pages and that would be a great help to those starting out who have very limited funds.
The Roadmap is a great tool!! I am sure as each year passes, more great things will be added. We just have to be patient!!! (yeah right!!) lol smileys/smiley36.gif

Hi Sarah,
Wow, that is a great questions. What else would I like to see? Well as a resource, my levels of our upline in the back office. I love my upline dearly, but it would be nice to know who else is up there without having to call the company directly to find out. LOL..I just found out that I am a part of Jan and Sheps team a few weeks ago. LOL...so I think that would be helpful for others. Especially for those people that end up having a difficult experience with the immediate sponsors.
Many Blessings,
Natalie
