Customer service for apparel company

We are a Salt Lake City based clothing company called My Baby Rocks selling childrens, infant & maternity clothes. We launched our e-commerce store (http://www.punkbabyclothes.net (http://www.punkbabyclothes.net/)) in January. We are still small, but are growing rapidly.

We are looking for someone who will initially handle customer service, but as our company grows will be able to grow with us and take on more tasks & responsibilities.

This job can be done from home. There are no set hours, but you will need to be available to answer the phones between 9-5 and answer emails throughout the day. Pay will be weekly salary, rather than hourly rate and will increase as workload and responsibilities increase.

Currently, our shipping is outsourced, but eventually we'd like that to be something that could be handled along with customer service. The ideal candidate would have space in their home to keep our stocked products. This would need to be in a smoke free home in an area free from pets - a garage or spare room would be perfect. Your pay would include compensation for using this space.

If you need to be told what to do and continually supervised, this job is not for you. We are looking for a creative & self-motivated individual who can not only do a great job without a lot of supervision, but can really take pride in their work and go the extra mile to help us take this company to the next level.

No programming or e-commerce experience necessary, but good communication & customer service skills are a must. You also must be comfortable with computers and the internet.

Check out our website to see if this is a company you'd be interested in being a part of: http://www.punkbabyclothes.net (http://www.punkbabyclothes.net/)

Please send resume to Andrea at admin@punkbabyclothes.net

Compensation will depend on experience and the amount of tasks you will be able to take on.

Did anyone apply and hear anything back?
I applied, so far haven't heard anything, I think this would be a pretty cool job!

I sent my resume, but haven't heard anything either! Maybe they got swamped with CV's/resumes...It does sound like a cool gig!
