Hello gals, I am in Norfolk, Virginia and fairly new to ARBONNE, just joined up in October and still have not had my launch party, I had planned on doing it before the holidays but everyone was either planning on being gone or having family in and just too busy to commit to anything.
So now that the holidays are finally almost over I want to really get motivated on planning what I will call my 2006 LAUNCH PARTY.
In my neighborhood where I live, which has not been that long, there are alot of older peoplewho live alone and some working people as well with children, I have really not met many of them, but speak when I am out.
Since I am fairly new to the area where I live what would you suggest I do if I want to advertise or announce my party? Is there a particular day or time that seems to work better. I want to plan on having it on a weekday during the daytime while my husband is at work. It would be nice to have it outside but right now you cannot count on that with the weather the way it is. I have a very small house so I am limited for space.
Is there something I should do at my party, like serving anything or placing anything out to eat.
What about asking some other ladies with home businesses to attend? The only thing with that is then it might take away from the attention I want given to ARBONNE.
After the party is done I want to concentrate on doing just one-on-one presentations for a while, that way I can feel more comfortable.
Please send any advice my way.
I want to plan on doing this as soon as possible.

I would not serve alot of food, maybe since it's during the day, coffee, soft drinks, donuts, chips and dip, don't do alot of food.
Concentrate more on your set up to make it look desireable, remember the eyes buy.
The best days would probably be Tuesday, or Thursday, Maybe Friday because of payday.
