I found some santa keys on oriental trading However the price diferrence is huge and i was wondering has anyone ordered from there and if they preferred one over the other?
If you have offered Santa Key's in packages did you ship via bubble envelope? May i asK your package price?
I am thinking of adding on the santa key to the package this year but still undecided

Cathy,
The first year I did letters, I used the Santa key from oriental trading (the one on the card with the poem). They looked nice in the packages, but I received a couple of complaints about them breaking. Two of them broke in shipping (I wrapped them in bubble wrap), and one broke when trying to get the key off the little card. I always sent out replacements, but I hated the thought of a little kid seeing that Santa sent something broken. :( I decided not to use them the next year.
Last year, my second year, I created my own keys. It was fun, but I couldn't create as many keys as I would have liked. I sold them all. They were much sturdier. You can see a pic of my key on my www.ChristmasNotes.net (http://www.ChristmasNotes.net) site. I had to charge a little more for the key, but it was worth it. I've actually even thought aboutjust making keys this year and not letters, but we'll see. :)

Thanks! A skeleton key from your local hardware store, some ribbon & some hot glue is all you need. Merry Christmas!
