Ok, I have decided to give the Prolief a try to help with PMS, hormonal break outs, etc, plus we would like to TTC in the next 6-12 months, so I figure it can onlyhelp. So, here is my (slightly embarrassing question smileys/smiley9.gif)...It says to start using the cream on the first day of ovulation, but how do you know when that exact day is? I have heard that it can be anywhere from day 10 up to day 16....
Thank You!
Thank You!

Count your days of your cycle, day one being the first day of your period. Start the cream on day 12 and use through day 26, then stop and your period should start within 2-3 days.

Ovulation usually occurs onCD 14 (cycle day) for a 28 day cycle if your cycle is longer then it can occur anywhere between CD 14-17. You can also chart your temperature in the mornings. You will have adrop in temp right before you ovulate then it will spike back up.
We tried for 16 months with my son. I charted my temps and used OPK's (ovulationprediction kits) and it really helped me learn more about mycycle and I wasmore in tune with my body. There is a GREAT website that I used that was a huge help.http://fertilityfriend.com/ they offer free charting and they have a ton of info on the site about TTC and ovulation.
Good luck!!!

I would not start on day 12. You really need to know when you ovulate when using this cream. In Dr Lee's books, he says that it should be used *after* ovulation. I usually ovulate on day 16, so day 12 would be too soon to start the cream.
To help determine when you ovulate, do a search for cervical mucous and cervical position, as well as basal body temp or BBT. Definitely use the Fertility Friend or ovusoft charts to help ... it makes things a lot easier! smileys/smiley1.gif

How should you use the Prolief if you are trying to get an irregular cycle back on track. I am 40 and have had irregular cycles now for a few years, as well as lost of libido and whatnot. I want to use the Prolief to try to get back to normal (whatever that is). When should I begin and end it on a monthly basis. I can't seem to find the information anywhere on how to use it. Thanks

Hi,
I would love to know where to find more info. about the balancing creams from Arbonne... I have plenty of questions about them! The website and brochures don't say much. What about the Business Aids tape? Does anyone know?
Thanks!

Karen - start using the cream on ovulation day. You can actually use it until the day you get your period. I recommend applying it before bed because it can help you to sleep gooood. lol It can take several months of faithful use to get great results.
Suzanne - Arbonne will not provide this type of information because they can't make medical claims. All the info you find regarding nutrition and progesterone cream is basically done independently. There is a lot of information on the internet as well as some really good books at the bookstore.
Keep in mind, though, that we need to be encouraging our clients to learn for themselves </span>in order to avoid making medical claims about our products. <!--
