Hey everyone,
There has been a lot of talk lately about getting organized, sending out team e-mails, motivational tools, promotional products, etc...
Someone in my business started Word document with "best practices". It was awesome. It would be neat to have something similar for direct sales in general. I am thinking about doing this in a Yahoo group format, or on a website.
Out of curiousity....
If a website had free D.S. tools that you could use whenever you wanted, what would you want included? What promotional products would you use? What forms? What organizational tools? etc?
I'll start...
I want a clearinghouse of direct sales software with user reviews....

Hi Tracey,
I actually spent a better part of yesterday looking for some party plan software that would be a good fit. Some of the MLM programs are good - but not specifically for party plans. I did find one, specifically for party plans (and he already has BYB price list on there!), and have been emailing the programmer with tons of questions. I have decided, that for the price (as it is not that expensive), it will be worth it to check it out, and try to get myself organized for 2006 (nevermind that - I need to input all my stuff for 2005 first!!!).
The website is www.partymanagersoftware.com (http://www.partymanagersoftware.com). If anyone has any firsthand knowledge of this - I'd love to hear from you as well!

Actually, I am busy. http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif I haven't done parties for two weeks so I am finally getting everything else organized.
I am putting some of these items together for my team as a New Year gift and thought it would make sense to make items available to everyone as they apply to other DS companies as well.

I have heard a lot of great things about the partymanager software, but I have not used it myself as I use Excel to organize my files.
Let us know what it does and all the neat-o stuff!
