Ok so I'm fairly new to @ and the way I've been told to do parties doesn't really work for me. How should I be putting in orders?
If they want to pay retail should I put them in under the host's order and have her deliver the product? Should I set them up with a client ID and have the orders shipped to them?
If they want to do the wholesale account and I want to still give the hostess the host rewards, how toI do that?
I've asked my sponser but she doesn't seem to know a better way than how I've been doing it. I know there is a real way to do this. Is there some place in our training thatI missed or didn't do?
Thanks!
Nichole

Yours was not a dumb question at all!! And congrats on having parties!!
Are you using the new Invite system? It will solve a lot of what you are struggling with (host rewards especially). Delivery of the initial order can help you get another chance to talk to that party attendee. But shipping directly to them, following up with a phone call and then scheduling a time with them to either bring them more samples or to show them the power of the wholesale account (via shopping and sharing) works too.smileys/smiley1.gif

For the parties I've had so far and for the ones I have planned for May,many of the host and guests don't use email enough to get the invite in time...so they are getting paper invitations.
The delivery of the product isn't that much of a concern of mine since we ship so quickly. I justwant to get my host more stuff for having the party and my current system has me buying stuff instead of using the "host rewards". I just thinkI haven't been told the proper way.

You can still set the party up on the evite and not send emailinvitations. When you enter orders the hostess will get credit for all the sales even if someone else signs up too. Go to tools then evites and print out the NVP webinar notes. It will make more sense then.

It's such a great system. Your party attendees and your hostess get the benefits, you don't have to pick and choose between them. Very cool!

Yes, I think people think this system is just for inviting and don't realize how awesome it is for making sure everyone is getting the full benefits! Check it out!

LOL!
I've begun to send out the invites to my guests for a party I'm hosting this Sunday! I hope they won't hate getting multiple invitations http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley9.gif.
