Virtual Assistant Needs Virtual Assistant
I need “on-call/as needed” typist/clerical/admin help with some of my client projects. I’m a virtual assistant/writer/editor/graphic designer who happens to be very busy at the moment. Projects tend to come in waves. Right now these are the client projects I’m working on…
Audio tape transcription – due immediately!
Need to edit some writings for another client’s book and website – Also due immediately!
A short resume – Also due immediately!
Coming up is an editing/proofreading job for another client – Once submitted by client will be due ASAP
A funeral program for a close friend/client whose mother-in-law passed away – Once photos received will be due ASAP in time for the funeral service
Upcoming business cards – fortunately NOT due ASAP
This in addition to helping plan an event by an organization I’m very active in.
HELP!
Right now I just need someone who can take the tape transcription and type it up right away possibly directly onto the correct form, do a spell check on it, and email back. I’ll do a final proofread/edit to make sure it’s right. I just need to get it off the tapes!!!
Additionally, if you have any editing/proofreading skills I might ask you to help with the client’s book/website project.
This could turn into a fairly busy gig for you if you’re really good and willing to work with me on the pricing for a bit. Not paying much at the moment however, I’d like to give up being the service provider and spend my time going out getting more business! If that happens your pay will definitely increase.
Send me an email if you’re interested, I’d give you my phone number but I’m ignoring the phone right now so I can get this stuff done!
For the transcription project, you just need to be able to type fairly quickly and be able to use spell check. (Sometimes spell check is wrong, it would be nice if you had fairly good spelling skills.)
