How many here have gotten or are getting into position for Diamond Executive, or higher? How is your team conversion going?
We have 1 day left to actively contact those on our teams who have not converted to Lifestyle Entrepreneur by sending in their completed application and agreement with payment for their enrollment kits.
For those who do not convert andhave recruited others, they will lose those people and cannot get them back. Their people will roll up to their sponsor.
Having a "Diamond Mind" should be on everybody's mind because we want to be able to max out our compensation plan. For some, success will come quick, for others it will come slow, but for all of us who stay in the race and finish it, it will come. Are YOU prepared? Do YOU have a Diamond Mind?
Diamond Executive Requirements: $300 in Personal Bonus Volume, 3 Personally Sponsored Managing Associates, and $5,400 (wholesale) in Group Volume on the 1st 3 levels.
Remember, as with all of our levels within the compensation plan,you get paid as a Diamond Executive in the SAME month you reach that level!
If you have not already, be sure to take a look at your genealogy and identify your top 3 people (the ones who have already recruited 3 or more) and work with them to help them reach Diamond. Work also with the ones who truly want to succeed and help them get their 3 key people and so on and so forth. We all also need valued customers. Teach your groups to do their best to have 10 customers eachper month. As this is duplicated, your group will grow and grow. We want to sponsor as many people into this business as we can. Not only is it a wonderful opportunity, we have great products and an excellent community of true entrepreneurs.
Our company grew QUICK during pre-launch with numbers unheard of in this industry! We will reap the benefits quicker than we could have ever even imagined if we WORK IT so STAY PLUGGED IN. If you don't know what's going on HOW can you let others know what's going on when they need you?
