Hello again Ladies,
I would like your input once again. I've been asked to be the moderator on our team message board when it starts and have been giving some suggestions on the different topics we should offer there.
I realize that message boards evolve as they are used and I will be able to see where a new catagory is needed, but I would like some suggestions on what you all think would be some good starter topics.

Here's some topics that I think would be good and are ones that Bittersweet Candle Co has on their message boards:
Corporate Updates - Announcements from the company
FAQ - good for the new consultant. items such as the company address, phone and fax numbers - Filing a Claim - Fundraisers, etc.
Bittersweet Talk - Talk about the business, share tips and suggestions
Personal Connection - anything that wouldn't fall under company talk
Welcome Wagon - Announce your new recruits and let everyone welcome them to your business

It's great to share thoughts with consultants all around the countryabout how the different wines showed at our tastings or even on which ones we like to keep on stock for ourselves!! smileys/smiley2.gif

Upsell/Groupings
A forum where people can post how several products work together to
create a set where the customer "must" order all those pieces.
For example when I did longaberger: Customer wants Brownie Basket, you
should also sell them the 8x8 baking dish (that fits in the Brownie
Basket), and a matching one pint crock to serve the silverware in.
