We have a opportunity as a simulated/mock jury on:

Sat. Jun 14, 2008 Brooklyn, NY

Tue. June 10, 2008 Detroit, MI

Thu. May 08, 2008 Mission, TX
[/list]
In order to qualify, you must be from the county the city is listed in onlyonly. If you do not have a address with the county, you will not qualify.
What is a simulated juror? A simulated juror is similiar to when you serve on Jury duty, but there are differences. For this particular case, you are given breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Everything is electronic, and you will give suggestions on the case.
These are real cases that have not gone to court, the parties involved have decided to do a simulated court case instead of going to actual court to see how a real jury may react to their presentation. Many times they will act appropriately based on the simulated jury's opinion. Often times, these cases are held at a banquet hall of a resturant or hotel. These cases last for 10-12 hours and is one date only. If you are requested to come a little earlier, or stay a little later, they will always compensate you more. The pay for this is between $75-$175 depending on how long you will be there. They also provide you with breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and beverages.
To be considered for this case, you must be from the cities listed only. If you are from another city other than than those listed the lawyers will not consider you for inclusion on this case.
To apply, please go to http://www.jellybeanservices.com (http://www.jellybeanservices.com/) and click on "Employment". You will see two links, please click on Simulated jury to apply.
I personally have been on a simulated jury and found it quite interesting. After receiving your information, it will be passed along to the lawyers. If selected, you will be contacted shortly by the company directly.
