I have a question about new biz builders. Does anyone have an outline of any kind that you go by once you sign up a new BB? Unfortunately I was one that signed up amidst chaos & do not wish to duplicate my experience. I have asked my AM and she says she will address it at an upcoming meeting. I am looking for something to put into play now. I have 1 BB and we are struggling through, winging it I suppose. I just hear so much aboutthere beinga duplicatable system in place and I am yet to know what the system actually is. I have a couple of opportunity presentations coming up in January and am at a loss.

For example, my nation only recently found out about The 45 Second Presentation (even tho I had shared it months ago thanks to you wonderful folks), I didn't realize how important it was to listen to the Basic Consultant 4 cd set, and things of this nature. My AM is great about giving me anything I ask for but I don't know everything I need. I guess I don't know what I don't know.

Thanks for any help!

Thanks Cassandra. I know there is a ton of info out there, I have those sites & moresmileys/smiley17.gif. It gets overwhelming at best. I am looking for something "specific" that someone is using thatis helping to lead & train a successline. I realize that there are variances depending on the biz builder, the market, etc but there is still a model that you go from. I like Michael Clouse's example of a cake. You can add or take away things like nuts, fruits, coloring, but the basics are still there and still workin a synergistic order. You can't bake it & the mix it, it has to be done in a certain order. Using this analogy, I don't know what the flour, eggs, oil, water are to share with my bb so that she can make a cake. It is difficult to teach what you don't know. I am willing to learn, I'm just looking for the lesson plan I suppose.

ETA: I see you added a few to the list. I will check those out but I'm still open to anyone's personal experience/plan.Edited by: Kiana's Mom

How about sticking to the New Consultant Manual, Arbonne University, and the Learn & Burns?

All duplicatable for even a brand new person to "teach" to someone else.

I have done all of those and have learned a lot. Unfortunately, I am one that learns better by watching & duplicating what I have observed. eing new to network marketing and the health & wellness industry, I mostly struggle with verbiage. I just listened to an awesome call with Hannah Dugan that was veryhelpful. I have to learn the verbiage & own my business. If anyone is interested, 212-990-7056.

As an aside, what it comes down to is Ihave to jump in & just do it. I need to push all the fears, excuses, distractions, etc out of the way & simply succeed!

Hey Girl-

Are you wanting step by step on what to do when you sign someone up? Like a checklist type of thing maybe?

I know what you mean about winging it. My direct sponsor never really taught me what to do with someone once I signed them up. By that time I had read so much stuff & knew so much stuff that I had a hard time with how to get someone started. I had to keep reminding myself of the basics & to not overwhelm them. Luckily my RVP steped in & took me under her wing.

At any rate, since I am not a detail person at heart I have found that checklists & the like help me. That way nthing falls thorugh the crack & everyone starts out the same. Though, inevitably it seems each new BB comes with their own set of circumstances so then the checklist gets all kinds of messed up, lol.

LOL...I know what you mean.

Yes, I am looking for a checklist of sorts. What's important to stress to a new BB, etc. While Arbonne U, the Learn & Burns, & the New Consultant Manual are beneficial to a degree, there is always the experience of a seasoned veteran that adds the working knowledge to the mix. For example, when I started at the phone company, we received 8 weeks of "book training" and while that taught me the basics it was the "older reps" in the real world/office that gave me the "gems" or "nuggets" from their experience that made theservice I provided customersmuch more personalized. As I learned from them, I then promoted to helping train others, passing on a mixture of what they taught me with my own experiences added. I hope that makes sense.Edited by: Kiana's Mom

Did I do something wrong? When I tried to get to the infiniteabundance.com and circleofsuccess.com sites, I got nothing. Do these sites have new addresses?
