I'm on the hunt for something like this too! I suppose a project manager kind of software, but those are meant for teams, not individuals with multiple projects. If I find anything I will let you know :)

Basecamp is one - http://basecamphq.com/. It's similar to Project Pier, http://www.projectpier.org, however, you have to pay - PP is free.

ProjectPier sounds amazing, but way too complicated for a one person enterprise. Or at least this one person enterprise.smileys/smiley36.gif

I checked out and set up an acount on http://www.voo2do.com, a sophisticated and free to-do list application that seems especially tailored for designers. It lets you set up and prioritize and even share to-do lists for an unlimited amount of projects. It's pretty much perfect for my needs, I think.

To answer my own question and help others - I found a great program called CG Invoicer for mac. Great program because it allows you to keep track of your clients, products, services, quote, invoices, payments, balances, etc. It also has a great set-up.

That sounds great! Is it only for Macs?

It's for windows too.
I love this little program:

If you charge hourly, or even if you want to keep track of time you spent on what, it has a timer, then invoices for those hours.
It is a mac program though.

I found another great program in the Apple Store - It's called FirstEdge and is for small businesses who want to track clients, quotes, invoices, accounting info, etc..I just mainly wanted one program that could track it all. I hate having to refer to more than one program.

ProjectPier looks AWESOME, but i tried installing it on my server and it wouldn't let me - it needs php5 and apparently my server has PHP 4.4 :(

Is FirstEdge free and/or for Linux or Windows?

FirstEdge is not free. I think its like $90 or something like that and I found it in the apple store. I'm not sure if it's available for Windows.

I'm going to try installing ProjectPier tonight I think and see what I can do.
