I guess this post would be under the heading "Don't Be Afraid To Prospect
"heavy hitters", tho' I detest the term.
I receied a call from someone today, and it both surprised and made me
feel even more confident in my prospecting. The fellow is with one of the
very successful companies in Network Marketing, and is very experienced,
successful, and knowledgable in this field.
He sees the potential in this what-others-consider-to-be "little" Party
Plan deal, and signed on today. I have the leadership of the company
asking why our team is signing up so many MEN! I realize that this is
traditionally a women's domain kind of company, but I love it that men
are excited to begin their careers with us as well. They see the potential
of being in at the beginning of something THEY see as very profitable
and they know how successful companies like The Pampered Chef have
become.
Do share your business with men as well as women. Who knows? They
may surprise you! This lack of fear has led to consultants on three levels
in twelve states so far in only about two weeks.

I have signed up two men with my company this month. These are the first men I've ever recruited. You definately can't miss out on those potential recruits either. Many of them are sick of the "rat race" and ready to look at their own businesses also.
