I got the email today that I start training for the d*d*t* accnt this Friday. I am really excited! http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley4.gifAnyone else starting then? One more question for those of you who are already working with WS, will I actually dial out on my home phone into their system in order to get the incoming calls? Thanks!!!

All calls will be inbound from what I understand on that project. You will use their web based phone system so long distance is not a factor.

Hi I just got the training materials email but is anyone else having trouble signing in with the user name and passwords provided in the email?

I will be training Friday as well. Good luck and congratulations. I have worked other projects with them, but it's been 2 years since I have had a project. I am looking forward to this.

I'm excited and nervous at the same time about training tonight. I have done call center work in the past, but I'm a little nervous about doing all the training over the phone/internet. It is reassuring to look through the old post and see that people comment on how well the training prepares you. I hope all goes well!!
