Herbal packs are not a supplemtn. They are a cloth items filled with lavender or other herbs that can be applied warm or cold.

I love those packs! I make my own and add different herbs (to my liking)~ I've used the Celestial tea collection from the grocery store too! They feel so good when you have a sore back or even a headache. Pop them in the microwave for a minute, then apply!
