I got so nervous when I did the phone part of the application...I said um alot and repeated myself twice! What I did say I thought was very professional and I hope they hear that and ignore the um's...

How did you guys do on your applications?

Oh my gosh, I know I probably failed because when I got on the phone, I noticed 1 of my children's catipelliers crawling down the hall and I did not even hear the seninaro, so I know I bomed. Hope they dont go too much on that question. Ha/ha

Most people that contduct interviews realize that people are nevous and may say 'UM' alot,don't let that get you down or discourage you.

Steph I thought I had for sure bombed out on that portion of the app because I was definately nervous! But I must have done something right because I'm now activley working with WSOL. And Chocolate is absolutely right in that they do realizie that it's rather awkward and there will be some "um's" and weird silences.. Dont sweat it!! smileys/smiley2.gif

I did really bad on part 2 of the application as well. It was really awkward for me to talk to no one. lol. I repeated myself, I even went as far as to tell the imaginary person to hold on. It was hilarious!!!
I am a little upset now, because I think I ruined my chances of getting hired.

I thought I'd really prepared myself, read all of your posts - all of them, and there are several pages on under this company for that... and STILL found my heart pounding after all that. Wasn't hard or anything ... not really sure why I was so nervous, but, oh well. Hope all went well and they're not too harsh on the judging! lol
I'll let you guys know how it went once I hear.
