Hello All!
I'm new to this forum and SO happy to have found it.
I WAH part-time as a sales coach and consultant. Part of what I do is listen to recorded calls from call centers and evaluate the sales skills and make recommendations for improvement.
Does anyone know of any companies that do this that hire WAH? Sometimes the position is called call analyst or call monitoring.
I did a google search on every possible combination of job titles and a few companies came up that I sent my resume to but so far no word back.
I've tried Jlodge - they only hire disabled people, and Kowal & associates don't hire in my state.
Any help anyone has would be VERY appreciated! Thanks smileys/smiley20.gif
