The second interview just makes sure that you know what you are signing up for. And that you are sure about signing up. Because if you start training and stop, you can not apply for anything else for 6 months. And then you have the paperwork to fill out and one to get notarized. They will tell you when you have orientation and the day to set up your pc. And the day for training and to submit for your background check.
They told me there is no phone required with this just your headset.

Second interview, I didn't have a second interveiw, unless your taking about a specific position.
