I applied tonight and didn't get an immediate we're not hiring in your zip code. They sent me an email for the phone interview. Is that standard- everyone gets that email or do I have a chance to get hired?

Hi! That is a really good sign. Go ahead and set up an interview. It usually, from what I heard, takes a long time to get in with them. From the lack of replies I am guessing their is a slight tinge of jealousy in the air. But I could be wrong. Anyhoo they are a good company to work for.
