I was hoping to get other perspectives out there on an ongoing concern I've had about the Re9 sets. The night cream is the only item that requires someone to access the product directly into the container. I've tried to figure out several ways to get the product out in a sanitary manner. What is everyone else doing?

I tape the scoop to the top of the night cream. I am pretty particular about who I leave them with. I also figure, they've just washed their face, etc., their hands have to be clean, right?? I don't know of another solution..

I got some empty paint pots at the ACT convention, but I have heard they have them at places like Hobby Lobby. they come in a big strip and have the snap on lid, like if you have ever done a paint by number (remember those?) so you can scoop a little bit in there, snap it shut and put that in the demo kit. I also put one with body butter in there, and when they were out of the Thermal Fusion samples, I would put one with some of that in there, I type up directions and include all of that in the demo set.

I got mine from PARON business aids

Much of the stuff on the site is geared towards Mary Kay people, especially for their products, so you have to look around a little. They are listed as poly strips or poly cons.

They are $2 for 24 of them. They also have larger individual ones that are great for salt scrubs, they don't leak at all. They are $3 a dozen I think. I put one of those in the demo set, too. Mainly because I do not have a good target audience for the RE9 set, but people will buy many other things if they have tried them first.

Sometimes I don't even put the night cream in the bag, sometimes I tear off the night cream sample from the pack and place it in the bag. It all depends, each drop can be done differently. I like to add a sample of the thermal fusion enzyme masque and sometimes the RE9 deep cleansing duo (scrub and masque), depending on if the person already takes good care of their skin.

ETA- if you give them the night cream sample, then when they order the set, you can give them the rest of the sample pack to tide them over til their set comes in.Edited by: cassandra

I may try the paint pots. I just want it to look professional!

I include one of the small sea salt scrubs as a gift to those who demo my re9 set. I also send the body set, even though we don't get volume, etc on it, I like for them to use it because so many people love it! Also - it is a PWP unless you want to pay big bucks for it, so it encourages people to think about ordering other things! I usually include a thermal fusion mask sample or the deep cleansing duo in the kit or when I do the pick up.

I am very particular about who gets a night creme. I have the spatualas - so I ask them to use one with that product.
I actually drop off more NEW re9 sets - so it's noteven problem.
99% of the time they just buy that one anyway!smileys/smiley36.gif
(then I just have their order sent to me and I keep that set)

I drop the full sample pack with the RE9 set and instruct my prospects to use the sample. If they decide to buy, they can feel free to open the unused set I left with them, and keep it as their own.
