Well, it's that time of year - time to close out 2005 and set your goals and intentions for 2006.
What's this next year going to hold for you?
First, start by determining what was RIGHT about 2005. From there, you can decide on some things to fine tune and work on for 2006.
I say what is RIGHT because often we begin by thinking about everything we perceive as being WRONG in our business.
Start with the positive, however, and watch what happens.
What is your one area that you are strong in and want to continue with?<?:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
What is your one area that you want to most improve upon?
What were your strengths for 2005?
Weaknesses?
What are you most excited about in your business?
What areas do you want to acknowledge yourself in for the past business year?
What is your commitment for 2006?
As you are team building, set some team goals, too. My biggest team goal is to promote 4 more team members to Director this year, and preferably, by Spring Fling.
Having set some goals, then you'll want to work things back and determine what steps you'll need to do to achieve your goals.
Have fun and get committed and FOCUSED for this next year and watch what happens!
