Hi everyone, I need some help!

My sister in law is looking for some Nutritional Supplements.
She has hayfever (very bad in the spring), energy level is always low low low, doesn't sleep very well at night, and suffers arthritis pain. She is sicking tired taking all those pills which don't work well on her anymore.

She asked me if I could recommendsomething from Arbonne. I have never taken any Arbonne's nutriton products, so really don't know what I can recommend to her, anyone can help me on this issue?

Thank you very much in advance.

The vitamins are great and she might consider the joint formula. It has done wonders for my knee. Also, why is she not sleeping? Could it be from hot flashes? She might try Phyto-Profief.

Hope this helps.

The prolief is often used as a natural treatment for arthritis [read the books "What Your Dr May Not Tell You About ..." by John Lee, MD.] and it will definitely help with the sleep issue when used before bed. smileys/smiley1.gif

Thank you Melle and Momof3. We are in Canada, the Profief cream is not available here. smileys/smiley13.gif

My sister in law, she does sleep, but the quality is very bad, she wake up almost every hour at night. The sleeping pill she took doesn't work anymore, so her doctor gave her stronger one, that's terrible, isn't it?!!

Well, I actually think she need to change her lifestyle, eat better, do exercise...etc. Besides that, I was thinking maybe the Aromatherapy products, Figure8 daily detoxtea and Defense Builder Antioxidant can help her. What do you think?

I love the Unwind products. I've heardthat misting the spray on your pillow really helps to relax you. I personally love the Unwind body lotion and shower gel. It's WONDERFUL! The Defense Builder is great for everyone. Exercise would definately benefit her sleeping and I strongly suggest the Joint Formula. I have always had knee problems and it really helps a lot. I hate that y'all don't have PhytoProlief. My husband would probably leave my grouchy self if it weren't for that!

Good luck!

My mom suffers from Fibromyalga. I recently orderd the Prolief, Rest and Relaxation formula, and Women's Complete II. She has just started using it but I'm hoping it'll work. She too was taking sleeping pills and was waking up often during the night. There are some good suggestions here. It takes some mixing and matching to find the right combonation of what will work.

Now that I think about it, I think I'll get my mom some of the Unwind products and see how that works for her as well.
