Hi there ladies,
The first conf. call went great tonight and of course she followed up with sending us a transcript. smileys/smiley1.gif
What I am wondering is how many of you follow up after a bigger team call, with a smaller team call. Our upmost leader held the call tonight and I am going to check into setting up my own account and having a follow up call with just my own downline. Some of you are on this board and I would love to hear what you think about that, but I am I want to hear from everyone.
This isn't my first team building experience, but I want to know what is working for everyone. What have you tried that doesn't work too. I want to be the most effect upline and downline that I can.
Can't wait to hear what you all have to say.

I got on just after Carrie muted everyone out. I always wish there was
more time, and actually, I would love to hear a couple of hours of
infomation, although I know that's not practical.
I am always one who believes in using the resources already at my
disposal, rather than doing things myself, although I can see the benefit
to having a smaller team call also.
I love plugging those who have shown an interest into the system our
team has already available. Very easy. Very duplicable.. Plug-N-Play, so
to speak. My job is plugging in ,and showing others how to utilze the
same resources. Hope I'm not beating a dead horse here! LOL!!
I am looking forward to meeting you in Los Angees in January,

Hey Brenda,
When did you get your transcipt of the call? I know that Carrie said at the end of the call that she was going to send these out, however, I did not get a transcript. I took notes so maybe I didn't miss anything. I just don't want to miss any other updates. I have been receiving the other emails from her. Could be just a glitch.

We do. Often it can help answer questions, especially for those whoare new.
If you know someone wasn't on, be sure to contact them to go over the details.

Hello Ladies,
Just to let some of you know, some of the transcripts were delayed until today. You should have got them by now so if you haven't ask your upline. We'll also have to make sure that you're on the mailing list.
Oh, and one other personal announcement. LOL I reaches a milestone last night. I have my first third line. I know that some teams may already do that deep and deeper, but for me this is perfect!!!
