Does anyone send "Sorry We Missed You" cards to the guest that don't come to the spa?

I haven't yet, but I think I am going to. Some of the girls on my team and myself are compiling a "to do" list for spas, before, during and after. I think I'll add this to my "after" list! I have those recipe cards from Merrill, and what's great about them is that they can be for anything - thank you cards, sorry we missed you, etc.
